About Ayla
Real estate isn't my job. It's my calling.
I have worked in the property industry since I was eighteen. What began as a passion is today lived corporate reality. Twenty years of market knowledge, transaction experience and a deep respect for what real estate means to people are the basis of everything I do.
My studies in Real Estate and Facility Management, complemented by a Master's in Project and Process Management and a semester abroad concluding with International Business Management, sharpened my view: for markets, for processes, and for what can genuinely still be done better in this industry.
As Managing Director of ESTAYA Real Estate, I pursue one clear ambition: to rethink property transactions. Digital, transparent and efficient – without ever losing sight of what matters most: the people behind them.
Innovation and technology are not trends to me, but a responsibility towards our clients. Because whoever manages a person's greatest asset owes them nothing less than excellence.
